This TC policy is current as of February 1, 2025. This policy is subject to updates or changes without notice. It is the responsibility of all guests, 3rd party affiliates, vendors or contractors to read and review this entire policy. Shea's Tech, LLC is not liable or responsible for your clarity, understanding, deletion, approval or disapproval of the information mentioned above. Payment for any and all stays at Sheas Tech, LLC means that you agree and have read this Privacy Policy, Rules and all associated restrictions of this website. Any and all legal challenges to Shea's Tech, LLC, it's staff, it's host or officers will be paid by the claimant or defendant and you accept, understand and certify the same by payment for a guest stay at any properties under the ownership of Shea's Tech, LLC or it's owners.


Shea's Tech, LLC - Terms of Service


1. Acceptance of Terms


By engaging the services of Shea's Tech, LLC ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. This agreement is in full force regardless of country of origin.


2. Services


Shea's Tech, LLC is a managed service provider offering IT support, IT Brand Marketing and/or IT Training for Linux, Cybersecurity, AI and any or all related technology services to businesses, individuals, agencies or corporations (et al) otherwise not identified below.


3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


Specific service levels, response times, and performance metrics will be outlined in individual Service Level Agreements, which form an integral part of these Terms.


4. Client Responsibilities


The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the Company to perform its services.


The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided by the Company.


5. Fees and Payment


Fees for services will be as agreed upon in writing between the Company and the Client.


No refunds for payments submitted for any online training, brand marketing, licensing, services, in-person training, support, contracts (any), donations, hardware or software will be refunded for any reason for any customer. Usage, partnership, purchase of any goods, training or services confirms that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions regardless if you have read them or not. This stipulates that it is your own responsibility to read these restrictions prior to issuing any contracts, agreements or payments and you fully accept and indemnify permanently Shea's Tech against any current or future legal remedy with prejudice for refund of payment issued. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions. You must submit an email in writing to support@sheastech.io within 30 minutes of your disagreement during business hours (0900-1800 Monday through Friday, not including any holidays in the US or any international country) to receive a confirmation to have your refund processed and you must state that you "decline" agreement to Shea's Tech, LLC Terms and Conditions and terminate any usage of any services, training or brand deals immediately.


Payment of services or invoices are due in full upon initiation of services, training or signature of any or all contractual agreements unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to payment and only by specific exception in writing only.


Late payments may result in service interruption and late fees. We do not charge interest on any transactions. However, we will leverage late fees of $100 per week until paid in full.


Lack of payment will result in termination of services without prior notification or warning. This is your only formal notice upon acceptance of Shea's Tech Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions in full prior to payment.



6. Confidentiality


Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of service provision.


This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of services.


7. Intellectual Property


All intellectual property created by the Company in the course of providing services remains the property of the Company.


The Client retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. You may not use the likeness of Shea's Tech logos, branding or any of it's staff for any reason or for any purpose without prior written approval submitted to support@sheastech.io.


8. Limitation of Liability


The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 7 days preceding a claim.


The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.


9. Termination


Either party may terminate services or support with 7 days' written notice.


The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment or breach of these Terms.


10. Anti-Bribery and Corruption


Shea's Tech, LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption in all its forms.


The Client agrees not to offer, promise, give, request, agree to receive, or accept any bribes or participate in any corrupt activities in relation to the business conducted with the Company.


Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services and legal action. You will not receive any refund.


11. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


12. Amendments


The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will not be notified of any significant changes.
